	6^th to 9^th June 2016 Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa, EH3 9SR, Edinburgh Preparing for the oral presentation This consists of 15 minutes presentation aided by power-point slides (or equivalent) followed by 5 minutes of questions. The preferred aspect ratio of the slides is 4x3. You can email your slides to papers@contacts2016.com and also give them to the AV staff on the morning of your presentation at 8am. A good guide can be found... here Preparing for the poster presentation The preferred poster size is A0 portrait, that is:- 841 x 1189 mm OR 33.1 x 46.8 in. (It should not be smaller than A1) The poster should be placed in its designated slot on Monday morning before 10am. You do NOT have to stand by your poster throughout the whole conference. The poster session on Tuesday is an opportunity for you to stand by your poster to await delegates to come and enquire about your work.
